Between 2017 and 2022, Judge Castro tortured a whistleblower to conceal the Wuhan Lab leak. Specifically, Judge Castro tortured the man to prevent him from speaking about the covert program including kidnapping him for leaking the identity of a covert US Air Force Officer. According to Dr. Andrew G. Huff, the first Wuhan whistleblower to come forward, the program was partially run at the University of Minnesota. Judge Castro is truly evil. God will hold him accountable and ensure that he goes to hell for what he has helped inflict on humanity. Even more illustrative of his motive, Judge Castro sat on a panel with prosecutors and a mediator in the case in a scheme to fabricate and falsify evidence. Here, he admitted to to colluding to "fabricate" the most "unique false information" to carry out the torture. This fails to mention the illegal spying That Judge Castro signed off on to allow this to happen in the very first place.
